Deep SPAM® pizza.

INGREDIENTS

  • 340g can of SPAM®, quartered and sliced
  • 2×25cm (10in) Ready made deep pan pizza base
  • 150ml/¼ pt Jar tomato and herb pasta sauce
  • 100g/4oz Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 Green pepper, deseeded and sliced
  • 150g/5oz Mushrooms, sliced
  • 10-12 Black olives (optional)
  • Pinch of dried mixed herbs
  • Salt and ground black pepper




DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 C / 425 F / GasMark 7.
  2. Place each pizza base on a baking sheet. Spoon over the tomato sauce and spread to the edges of each base with a spoon.
  3. Scatter over the SPAM®, cheese, green pepper, mushrooms, olives, herbs and black pepper.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve immediately.
