This adaptor will fit the Icom IC-Q7 (and others) and allow many Icom speaker/mics to be used with this radio.
You will need a 4 pole 3.5mm jack plug, a stereo 3.5mm jack socket and a stereo 2.5mm jack socket (although one of the 2.5mm socket connections is unused some mics have a connection to this point).
